The intervention guided resource-poor farmers and farm-women to transition from input-intensive practices to zero budget natural farming based on on-farm bio-inputs, mulching, and crop diversification. Capacity building covered formulations (e.g., Jeevamrit, Ghanajeevamrit), soil cover (Acchadana or mulching) , seed treatments (Beejamrit), and botanical pest management (Neemastra, Brahmastra, Agneyastra) aligned with local climate and resources. Field evidence showed reduced cost of cultivation, stable yields over the years, and improved soil health indicators, thereby enhancing net returns and resilience. Social mobilization through peer learning and field schools sustained adoption and collective problem-solving.
